Home
Whole Body Pregnancy is a place of care for parents, caregivers, and birth workers , especially in the tender seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and becoming.
This work is rooted in the understanding that birth is a moment, and postpartum is forever, that the changes initiated by birth unfold slowly, over months and years, not weeks.
Here, we honor:
the nervous system
the need for rest and protection
the long middle between who you were and who you’re becoming
care that is relational, not rushed
Whole Body Pregnancy offers spaces to land, reflect, and be held, whether through seasonal writings, embodied in-person training, mentorship, self-paced offerings, or community gathered in rhythm.
You don’t need to arrive with clarity or answers.
You don’t need to be newly postpartum to belong.
If you are carrying something from your reproductive journey …
if you are changed, tired, or quietly becoming …
this space is for you.
Begin where you are.
The hearth is open.
Ritual and seasonal support for pregnancy, postpartum, and the long middle beyond birth
Whole Body Pregnancy offers guided rituals, reflective practices, and supportive community spaces for birthing people moving through pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing transformation of parenthood.
This work is rooted in cyclical time, traditional wisdom, and the understanding that becoming does not end when birth does.
A place to slow down and be held
Pregnancy and postpartum are not milestones to complete, they are thresholds that reshape the body, mind, spirit, and the story of the self.
And yet, so much of this time is rushed, minimized, or left unmarked.
Whole Body Pregnancy exists to offer a different pace.
Here, support looks like accompaniment rather than instruction.
Ritual rather than fixing.
Community rather than isolation.
This is not in-home care.
Whole Body Pregnancy does not offer in-person postpartum doula services at this time. All offerings are held virtually through guided ritual, reflective practice, digital resources, and facilitated community spaces, allowing you to move at your own pace, in your own time.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to rush.
Only space to listen.
reAlign
Seasonal and lunar ritual circles for mothers and people who have given birth held live & in community.
A rhythm to return; shaped by the moon, the year, and the understanding that bodies move in cycles, too.
Sacred Pause
Short-form rituals and reflective practices for moments of transition; early pregnancy, postpartum, grief, identity shifts, or times when something within you is asking to be acknowledged.
A place to stop and breathe
The Long Middle
An ongoing space for those who are no longer newly postpartum, yet still feel deeply changed.
A space for those who give and need to receive.
A place to tend identity, body, creativity, partnership, and meaning without urgency or expectation of arrival.
This work may be for you if…
You feel that postpartum lasts longer than anyone prepared you for
You are seeking meaning rather than optimization
You are drawn to ritual, reflection, and seasonal living
You want support that honors your agency and inner knowing
You are somewhere in the becoming, not the beginning or the end
Whole Body Pregnancy centers birthing people of all genders and family structures.
