Let me help! I’ve been a birth doula, postpartum doula, doula trainer, and childbirth educator for thirteen years, as well as the owner and founder of Whole Body Pregnancy. I’ve trained over 300+ birth workers and would love to help you work in alignment with your values as a person, as well as make sure that you’re getting paid your worth. I have the option for both group and individual mentorship. Together we will work from the perspective of honoring your integrity and peace as a birth worker.

Group sessions begin with breath work and meditation and move into the substantive work; clarifying your why, moving through barriers, marketing and social media strategy, pricing and money, business practices, and self-care.

Mentorship Options
Group Mentorship
Group mentorship is a great option for folks looking to build a community support network with other birth workers. We will meet for a total of 8 sessions over four months. In our time together we will talk through topics that arise as a group while working through the Whole Body Pregnancy coaching model.

Groups are limited to 10 folks. Mentoring sessions will be held on Sunday at 10AM PST and last for an hour and a half. These sessions are Virtual and will be held over ZOOM. The sessions will be recorded and participants will have access to the material for one calendar year.

Group Mentoring Session One: January - April
Group Mentoring Session Two: June - September
The price for group mentorship is $678

Individual Mentorship
Individual mentorship is a great option for folks looking for individualized support with specific business needs.

4-Hour Intensive: $333
This is a deep-dive 1:1 coaching session designed for folks who are established birth workers looking for an additional boost to help get their business moving in the right direction.

Month-Long Support: $788
Once weekly meetings (1.5 hours each)

Quarterly Support: $1979
